This Privacy Policy explains how M&N Consulting, LLC, doing business as Garden Navi ("Garden Navi," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our website gardennavi.com and application at app.gardennavi.com (the "Service"). Information you provide. When you create an account or use the Service, we collect your name, email address, and password. You may also provide a display name, profile photo, location or zip code, and gardening data such as plant records, beds, journal entries, ledger entries, harvest logs, community posts, and photos.

Payment information. When you subscribe, payment is processed by our third-party payment provider. We do not store your full card number on our systems. We receive confirmation of payment status, plan type, and subscription identifiers needed to manage your account.

Information collected automatically. We may collect limited technical information such as your device type, browser, and usage activity to operate and improve the Service. See our Cookie Policy for details.

2. How We Use Your Information

To create and manage your account and provide the Service;
To look up local frost dates from your zip code so we can provide planting and frost guidance;
To process subscriptions, trials, cancellations, and billing;
To send account-related messages such as trial reminders, receipts, and important notices;
To operate community features and notifications;
To maintain the security, integrity, and performance of the Service;
To comply with legal obligations.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to operate the Service:

Community content. Content you post in community areas, including your display name and photos, is visible to other users. Do not post anything you wish to keep private.
